About Charter Farm Realty

Charter Realty was founded in 2008 by William and Ward Charter.

Our family settled in Colusa County over 70 years ago near Arbuckle, CA. Our Grandparents farmed together for many years and our fathers grew up down the street from each other. Our family has been actively farming for four generations. Although Ward and Bill both actively participate in their respective farming operations, they decided to open a real estate office that specializes in agriculture to help meet the demands of today’s agriculture.
